Coin Appraisals & Estate Services Offered in our Toronto Coin Shop

Having an appraisal on your coin and banknote collections arms you with knowledge. The knowledge of knowing what you own, what you have inherited, and how much it is worth.

We do not charge a fee to examine your coins and make a verbal appraisal, and we do it in our shop in front of you while you wait. In case you are not able to come to see us we can arrange to see your collection at your place. We also appraise coins for both insurance and estate or probate purposes, but we do charge a fee for written appraisals. In the case that you decide to sell your collection to us after we have appraised it, the appraisal fee will be waived and refunded to you. Please note that to make an offer on or appraise your coin collection, we actually have to see it. This does not apply to common date US and Canadian silver coins, also called scrap silver, and bullion items – we will be glad to provide our quote on those types of coins over the phone.
